I think it was wrong to inserted a black student's face into a photograph of white Badger football fans. I think it did not reflect the image the university was trying to portray. There for they should'nt of added a black mans face."The problem exists in the general lack of diversity on campus. The problem exists in the ineffectiveness of current university policies to change the environment . . . "

It was unethical to have altered the photo and tocombine elements of the two photographs in order to improve the composition. they should'nt have added or changed anything.

What are the choices? to have a fund raser.
